[Admittedly Nightingale was passionate about her work and ensured that the job was always done right. That was admirable of her. Unfortunately Sanson in comparison is too soft (despite being an executioner first and a doctor second) and this is why Robin dares to plunk his feet onto the desk.]

Death is real, and is a constant. Unfortunately even she cannot defy it at every turn.

[His eyes sweep over Robin's wiggling boots.]

Maybe it's time I take a page from her book. Just for today.

[Out of nowhere, Sanson's sword materializes in his hand and he holds it up over Robin's ankles.]
