It takes a lot of energy to dislike people, much less hate anyone. I'm someone who rather uses energy for other things.

Ah, yes! I guess an immediate annoyance would be anyone who makes a big deal about how I look. But that's kind of a given, but it's pretty irritating when it comes up in my period. You'd think people would move past it by now.

But otherwise... Yeah! I'm generally optimistic about people who don't pose an immediate threat.
