[With the shoes in one hand and his journal in the other, Sanson gives his report clearly and concisely. It's kinda weird, doing so in a coat, shirt and shorts, and while clutching some of the evidence.

But this was no ordinary murder case.]


The cause of death was blunt force trauma to the head; that much we already know. The captain has been dead for not more than thirty minutes, and bears no other wounds on his body except the bruises from where he fell to the floor after being hit.

However, [He flicks his pen toward the body.] I did notice that there was something not quite right with the angle of his right ankle. It's likely he sprained or twisted it shortly before he was killed, but otherwise there seem to be no signs of a struggle.
