[In the town of Blackgale, California again one teenage Korean American is sitting in the living room belonging to her mentor, the Emerald Witch. What is she doing this beautiful weekend?
Studying. Yawn. A bunch of magical tomes and spell books and a book on potion recipes are opened up around her along with sheets of notebook papers strewn around. Lucinda Chang, apprentice and heir of the Emerald Witch taps her chin with her right arm thoughtfully obviously drifting off from actually reading and getting any studying done...]
Okay so... I CAN make a computer appear out of nowhere, but it's not like it'll work. Oh, man I bet you could totally sell people fake computers made with magic and get a ton of money and--
Wait, that would get me arrested wouldn't it?
[Her right arm... Glows a bit. She blinks and examines said arm. She's been settling into the new arm nicely-- it looks the same, the outside feels the same and receives sensory details like her old arm did. But it seems to have picked up other tricks as well.]
Huh. Feels itchy all of a sudden. Wonder why?
[She shrugs and helps herself to a chocolate chip cookie. It's not like anything TOO weird was gonna happen immediately.]

Does that mean we're close, or is it just wearing off?
no subject
It's wearing off, but I think-- [DEMONIC SHRIEK INSERTED HERE]
We're close.

Better think yourself up some popcorn, then. I'll make sure it's one hell of a show!
[... Though you might want to do something to lure it into a more wide open area, if they're in a place where Dante might inadvertently destroy some literature with his big Freudian joke waiting to happen.]
no subject
Alright! I'll seal this area magically so you can go all out! I just hope it works!
no subject
[Such a great motivational speaker, isn't he?]
Tell me when, Lucy.
no subject
Wait. 'Lucy?'
no subject
[brb, getting out Ivory.]
No good?

And she's backing away, her arm glowing brightly as she starts enforcing a magical barrier]
no subject
[Hope that barrier works well; Dante's taking some shots at it as it falls since he's already got a gun out. He only puts it away and moves in with the sword once it lands. And you are not getting away this time, bitch. +A+]

[Ugh. Even demons think they can dance now. Dance-battle. Same thing.]
[FUNNY THING ABOUT GOING FOR THE BACK. It means Dante has room to swing his sword around in a really wide angle. Might wanna dodge that if you can, buddy.]
no subject
You got it! Yay!

When somebody doesn't distract me from finishing the job by freaking out over something like a little caved-in roof, anyway.
no subject
Let's. Just go back.
Or I could just leave you here and you can navigate the hallway yourself.

Fine, just follow me then. [She makes the magical barrier disappear and motions for him to follow her outside.]
no subject
[Did the barrier work? :V Also, following~]
no subject
You said your name's Dante right? So people pay you to hunt demons?
no subject
If I'm lucky. Sometimes it ends up being charity work, even if that wasn't part of the actual deal. You'd think having a really big sword would keep people from cheating you out on paying you, but... [Shruuuug]
But hey, it's a living. And one I'm damn good at, too.

"Actually"? What, were you thinking something else before now?
C'mon, let's hear it.

Ooooh, look the living room!
