Premise Okeanos has been conquered a long while ago and yet there is yet ANOTHER observed irregularity in the middle of the ocean. The waters are eerily calm, the sky is clear with only a few white clouds dotting the sky. There is no land in sight. What is there instead, but a titan of a cruise ship full of luxuries such as fully furnished bedrooms, an indoor waterpark, an equipped gym for exercise and sports, an industrial kitchen with a stocked cabinet of food supplies, a ballroom, a mini-golf course, bowling... And more! The Servants of Chaldea aren't slackers by any means, but a little more fun can't hurt, right? But maybe this time around, things won't be as straightforward as it seems... "Chaldea Phantasm" is an open sandbox RP post for players to roleplay in the setting based on the mobile game, Fate Grand Order and the Fate franchise. You can play out scenarios between Master and Servant(s), Servants fighting each other, monsters, material/event grinding, AUs, etc. This post will have actual prompts that can be used at your leisure! Otherwise, feel free to write up your own scenario. A) Waku Waku Splash! A certain child king has brought it upon himself to deck out the indoor swimming pool with his own personal touches so everyone can have an exciting and enjoyable experience. There's a current pool, a wave pool, a HUGE water slide, and even pools for diving and racing. You know what this means! Swimsuits! There are rules in place to keep the peace and one of them is of particular note. "Troublemakers will be banned from Waku Waku if they are caught misbehaving, disturbing and/or be harassing our female guests. The following guests have been banned:" Archer (Gilgamesh - Adult) Archer (David) Saber (Gawain) Saber (Fergus mac Róic) Lancer (Fionn mac Cumhaill) Lancer (Cu Chulainn) Lancer (Leonidas) Berserker (Spartacus) Caster (Merlin) Caster (Mozart) Rider (Blackbeard) "Thank you and have a nice day. If you have questions for the management and want to protest your ban please talk to Heracles." Honestly, it really is up to you whether you take this ban list seriously or not... B) Fate/Grand Blue This is your more general SOL prompt. Have a walk around the beautiful cruise ship. Enjoy the blue sky! Maybe do some fishing. Raid the fridge or wait until the Kitchen Moms of Chaldea create a fantastic spread for everyone. Reenact that scene from the Titanic (except the boat sinking part). There's a karaoke machine in one of the lounges that might be fun to do! C) A Study in Ocean Blue SPECIAL EVENT A body has been found in the ballroom! The poor deceased man looks as if he was the captain of the ship. There may be several clues littered around the ballroom and into the captain's quarters that may lead to an answer! Or not? Make sure the body doesn't disappear and don't run into ghosts on the bottom floors of the ship if you try to solve this mystery! (For this prompt, feel free to write the mystery any way you want! Comedy option is that the body disappears, serious option, it was ghosts.) E) Fatal Battle!? Something sinister and monstrous this way comes. The more keen-eyed and alert Servants may have noticed a presence that has marked this oceanic singularity as a threat and it comes in the form of a titanic Water Dragon. The cruise ship trembles as the beast approaches, angry that its territory has been invaded. Hopefully, our more skilled Riders will take the wheel and navigate around it safely, but it's up to you to subdue the dragon and try not to get swallowed whole, there's a whole other level inside and maybe valuable mats and a Grail!?. [d'Eon blinks when "Marie" approaches. For a moment they have a twinge of "something is not right" but...so far, it doesn't seem strange that she would come from that direction.

They blink in mild surprise, but the expression melts into one of fond amusement. A short chuckle ensues.]

Heh. Of course not, milady. That's a list of the Servants who have been banned for being perverts.

[And d'Eon is not a pervert, thank you very much.]

[ Wow. Yan Qing sure is glad he's not on it! So these are the perverts of Chaldea... He should keep this in mind. It'd sure be a bad idea to turn into Gawain right now! ]

Oh dear, I knew something like this would happen. Our Amadeus can't be stopped, can he? I should have turned him into a piano sooner.

Unfortunately. [A shrug.] He might learn a lesson or two while he spends his time-out as a piano.

[ A chuckle. ] I wish we had a piano right now! I just watched a movie about a ship like this, and it had the most beautiful song. If Amadeus could play it for me here, I'm sure we could keep him busy.

Have you seen it, d'Eon? The Titanic.

[dressoteric]

[d'Eon shakes their head.]

No, but wouldn't that be a tragic movie, considering what it's about?

But it's such a wonderful love story, isn't it? A romance between two different people from two entirely different worlds... [ Caught up in "her" reverie, "Marie" takes d'Eon's hands. ] "I'll never let go, Jack!" It was as if fate and all the forces in the world conspired to bring them together on that one ship for that one beautiful moment.

And of course, the ending was sad... but that's how all things go, don't they?

[dressoteric]

[Oh. d'Eon doesn't even try to pull away, but they blush when "Marie" takes their hands and listen intently to the summary of the movie. Or rather, the romance plot of the movie.

When "Marie" is done, d'Eon sighs softly.]

Yes, but I will do everything in my power to ensure that you are happy during this trip. As a Knight of France, I will.

[ As she so often does, "Marie" gives her knight — no, France's knight — a warm smile. ]

And I'm happy to hear that, d'Eon.

But shouldn't you be more careful about whom you swear your loyalty to?

[ Her fingers intertwine with theirs, yet her voice begins to unravel into something more... masculine. ]

After all, you never know when someone like me will get this close!

[d'Eon gasps. They never should have disregarded that feeling in the back of their mind a while ago, and mentally the knight beats themselves up for getting so caught up in the moment.

Hurriedly they withdraw their hands and take a step back.]

You...! [d'Eon hates being made fun of; this certainly counts.] You tricked me!

[ Can't blame them! Marie's charm does wonders to men and women alike. Yan Qing himself is aware of that. He gives the knight a dismissive wave as he smiles like the moment's already passed. Can't a guy have some fun around here? ]

Hey, now. "Trick" is such a strong word! Let's call it "gathering information". All I did was ask a few questions, right? No harm in that!

[Not at d'Eon's expense, nope. They're rather annoyed and feel like they've been played with now. Not to mention embarrassed.]

You could have asked your questions without impersonating the queen!

[He could've just read the list and the rules further, too.]

I got to see a super rare four-star smile, so I'd say it was worth it. It's a good look on you, d'Eon. Maybe we should do this again sometime!

[d'Eon just growls softly under their breath. The lack of regret doesn't help!!!

[After glowering for about two more seconds, d'Eon gathers their composure and breathes out. Their eyes flick this way and that.

What had happened was no different from the spying d'Eon did, wasn't it? Still, it rankles because Yan Qing just had to choose to impersonate Marie, and d'Eon fell for it, hook, line and sinker. But when they speak up again, their tone is even, and rather civil.]

I have to admit...that was a good ruse.

[He should try it on Mozart and Sanson, d'Eon thinks.]
