Premise Okeanos has been conquered a long while ago and yet there is yet ANOTHER observed irregularity in the middle of the ocean. The waters are eerily calm, the sky is clear with only a few white clouds dotting the sky. There is no land in sight. What is there instead, but a titan of a cruise ship full of luxuries such as fully furnished bedrooms, an indoor waterpark, an equipped gym for exercise and sports, an industrial kitchen with a stocked cabinet of food supplies, a ballroom, a mini-golf course, bowling... And more! The Servants of Chaldea aren't slackers by any means, but a little more fun can't hurt, right? But maybe this time around, things won't be as straightforward as it seems... "Chaldea Phantasm" is an open sandbox RP post for players to roleplay in the setting based on the mobile game, Fate Grand Order and the Fate franchise. You can play out scenarios between Master and Servant(s), Servants fighting each other, monsters, material/event grinding, AUs, etc. This post will have actual prompts that can be used at your leisure! Otherwise, feel free to write up your own scenario. A) Waku Waku Splash! A certain child king has brought it upon himself to deck out the indoor swimming pool with his own personal touches so everyone can have an exciting and enjoyable experience. There's a current pool, a wave pool, a HUGE water slide, and even pools for diving and racing. You know what this means! Swimsuits! There are rules in place to keep the peace and one of them is of particular note. "Troublemakers will be banned from Waku Waku if they are caught misbehaving, disturbing and/or be harassing our female guests. The following guests have been banned:" Archer (Gilgamesh - Adult) Archer (David) Saber (Gawain) Saber (Fergus mac Róic) Lancer (Fionn mac Cumhaill) Lancer (Cu Chulainn) Lancer (Leonidas) Berserker (Spartacus) Caster (Merlin) Caster (Mozart) Rider (Blackbeard) "Thank you and have a nice day. If you have questions for the management and want to protest your ban please talk to Heracles." Honestly, it really is up to you whether you take this ban list seriously or not... B) Fate/Grand Blue This is your more general SOL prompt. Have a walk around the beautiful cruise ship. Enjoy the blue sky! Maybe do some fishing. Raid the fridge or wait until the Kitchen Moms of Chaldea create a fantastic spread for everyone. Reenact that scene from the Titanic (except the boat sinking part). There's a karaoke machine in one of the lounges that might be fun to do! C) A Study in Ocean Blue SPECIAL EVENT A body has been found in the ballroom! The poor deceased man looks as if he was the captain of the ship. There may be several clues littered around the ballroom and into the captain's quarters that may lead to an answer! Or not? Make sure the body doesn't disappear and don't run into ghosts on the bottom floors of the ship if you try to solve this mystery! (For this prompt, feel free to write the mystery any way you want! Comedy option is that the body disappears, serious option, it was ghosts.) E) Fatal Battle!? Something sinister and monstrous this way comes. The more keen-eyed and alert Servants may have noticed a presence that has marked this oceanic singularity as a threat and it comes in the form of a titanic Water Dragon. The cruise ship trembles as the beast approaches, angry that its territory has been invaded. Hopefully, our more skilled Riders will take the wheel and navigate around it safely, but it's up to you to subdue the dragon and try not to get swallowed whole, there's a whole other level inside and maybe valuable mats and a Grail!?. [Gudako is, to say the least, surprised by Fran's actions. But, well... Honestly, she's not upset. In fact, she gives Fran a big smile.]

Oh... Were you worried about me? Thanks, Fran...

[She laughs a little, and takes her hands.]

It's okay! It's, um... training, you know? I'm not as amazing as all of you Heroic Spirits, so I just have to train! I'll beat the heat with guts!

[Fran looks down at where Gudako is holding her hands, and then back up at her face. She blinks a couple of times as she considers this.]

Aaah?

[Is that how it is? Is that really something to train for? She does trust her Master, but...Gudako looks flushed, and there's something about her breathing that is worrying her. Fran shakes her head a little.]

Unnngh. [She sounds worried and her eyes narrow a little behind her hair. She's not sure this is a good idea.]

Not a good idea, huh...

[Well, she's not wrong, but Ritsuka's pretty sure that showing her skin is a bad idea, too.]

Well, then... Do you want to head under the deck? It'll be cooler in there.

[She nods sharply, once, twice.] Mmm. Mmm.

[Someplace cooler? Out of the hot sun? Just show her the way! Though, as she thinks that, she also remembers how excited so many of the Servants seemed at getting to spend time playing under the sun, by the sea - especially since they were trapped indoors back at Chaldea so often. Fran didn’t think it was really worth the heat, personally, but she could see other people’s reactions.]

Ngh. [Her tone is hesitant, as someone who spoke normally might say “but.” She squints up at the sun before sweeping her gaze across the sparkling water.] Uhh? [Is Gudako not interested in getting to be outside, then? Her tone is light - well, relatively speaking for someone who mostly communicates in groans and grunts - without even a hint of being suspicious. Wanting to be where it’s cooler makes sense to her, after all. And there are a bunch of things to do indoors on the ship, even if Fran, who wasn’t feeling energetic enough to explore, didn’t know what there was.]

[It's a good thing Gudako understands Fran... Usually. On the other hand, right now, she would love an excuse to not talk about this. She just laughs, a little sheepishly.]

I just don't really like showing off that much skin, you know? The Chaldea uniform is most comfortable for me.

[It's not technically a lie, so she hopes that passes well enough...]

[Fran tilts her head one way and then the other, looking like she's thinking hard. She kind of gets the feeling there's something a little off behind Gudako's words. The lack of response stretches out ten seconds...twenty seconds...thirty seconds......

...She's probably just imagining it. The reason makes sense and it wouldn't be the first time she's misread a situation.]

Mmm. [Her expression shifts from puzzled to a little sulky, her tone turning to one of complaint.] Ahhh ahh, nghuuuhh. Uhhhh. [This is clearly another flaw in hot weather, that it causes Gudako to suffer like this. They had better both find someplace cooler.]
