cʜᴀʟᴅᴇᴀ pʜᴀɴᴛᴀꜱᴍ 4 [OPEN POST]
![]() There is a lull to be sure even in Chaldea where work is continually being done in order to restore human history. But the work is important, as it is dangerous and even the Servants and their Master need to recover from the various types of combat situations they find themselves in. So sure, lull it is, but it's honestly never a dull day in Chaldea. With Servants like these? Impossible. "Chaldea Phantasm" is an open sandbox RP post for players to roleplay in the setting based on the mobile game, Fate Grand Order and the Fate franchise. You can play out scenarios between Master and Servant(s), Servants fighting each other, monsters, material/event grinding, AUs, etc. This post will have actual prompts that can be used at your leisure! Otherwise, feel free to write up your own scenario within the presented setting. A) Oh Nooooooo Nurse! You just came back from gathering materials or a particularly nasty battle (curse those wyverns)! The infirmary is there for Servants and Master to rest in although they better hope that a certain vigilant nurse isn't there to meet them. Trying to heal those cuts and burns are the least of your worries when amputation is the cure. Better hope some of the other Servants with healing skills are there instead! In the meanwhile, the infirmary is stocked with all the basic first aid, medicine, and even vitamin gummies. Yum! B) FOUVASION...! How's our furry friend been doing? How adorable, Fou's been running in the hallway. And seen in the kitchen. And then the training room. And then behind that plant. And under the bed. And then on the ceiling. And then a giant Fou-kun in the hall... Uh oh. Maybe one of the Casters have gone hog wild in cloning our best runner. Chaldea is filling up to the brim with Fou!! What do you do!? C) Wildcard What it says on the tin. ➢ In the subject line or in your opening thread, please say if you're opting in or out for spoilers! ➢ If you have a fanmade Servant, please try to link to information or have a quick summary of your character! Likewise with cross-canon characters with a Fate/AU. ➢ Be kind and courteous to one another about spoilers, please! ➢ If stuff gets mildly NSFW or something just mark your threads and we'll be good to go! ➢ It's another lighthearted day in Chaldea... |

[That said she does go over and pat it on the head with a finger.]
Also, we'll have to disinfect the food it's touched. It's not sanitary.

[What kind of event would necessitate a new servant multiplying fous for absolutely no reason is
unknown
But some heroic spirit out there would multiply fous. Probably. In any case, the culprit himself is just delighted to have two cute anime girls paying attention to him, offering the usual fou, fouuu--! to the pat.]
Would you like to help me prepare dinner, then? A spare set of hands around the kitchen are always welcome. We can wash the ingredients together!
[she can make sure nightingale doesn't bleach the carrots]
no subject
[Nightingale, no.
But probably just a Servant testing the limits again.
Fous are just like infections. They get everywhere but they're so cute.]
I suppose I can do that. However, wash your hands.
[But why can't she bleach the carrots.]
no subject
[She puts Fou down and then stands back up, hands on her hips.]
You might be the top dog over at the infirmary, but you're in my domain now, you know. You won't be giving any orders here.
[That's not to say she won't wash her hands, obviously. But she knows what to do!!
First thing's first though...she walks over to Nightingale and hands her an apron.]
You'll need to roll up your sleeves and take off your gloves, too.
no subject
What?
[Back at the apron.]
Of course I'll wash my hands and take off my gloves. [Roll up her sleeves?!] Why must I wear an apron?
no subject
Nightingale's always so Sure Of Herself in nursing, demented single mindedness aside, that seeing her like this is really endearing.]
Because sometimes food preparation is messy business, dear. [She pops the apron over Nightingale's head, then moves around to tie it at her back.] It's just a precaution.

[It's been quite some time since she had to worry about such things. She hadn't been oblivious to kitchen work in life but being a Berserker had some downsides even if she could generally communicate better than some.
...She couldn't help but feel a bit, well, mothered by this and she's Not Sure about what was happening.]
I feel like I wandered into a foreign battlefield again.
no subject
Well actually she does but still.]
Then aren’t you fortunate? You’re partnered up with a veteran of this particular battlefield.
[She takes Nightingale’s hand and leads her over to the kitchen counter tops. Once they’re there, she lets go to pick up a sack of potatos and pour out...well, a lot of them. The counter is now a sea of carbs.]
So! Today we’re going to make stew, so you’ll be peeling the potatos.
no subject
Ah. [She's not a child!! She picks up a potato.]
These will be my patients for the moment. I'll need a scalpel and then I'll proceed with the operation!
no subject
But Boudica hands her what is neither a scalpel nor even a knife. Just a simple vegetable peeler.]
Peeling, not slicing or dicing. It requires a bit of finesse.
no subject
I see. No matter, the operation will be a success. [As she starts using the peeler--oh, oh no. Is that much of a potato supposed to come off?]
no subject
Granted Nightingale is a grown ass woman but she's also a berserker and she knows berserkers struggle.]
Ah.
[She inches closer to Nightingale and reaches out to take her hand, the one holding the peeler, picking up a second potato that hasn't been brutalized like its fallen comrade. Then she guides Nightingale's hand to show her the motion for peeling; not so aggressive and less forceful. Glide the blade along the skin delicately.]
It's like a shaving motion; you just barely do it. You see? [And she lets go, putting the potato down on the counter for Nightingale to take.] Now you give it a try.
no subject
Somehow now she understands why Spartacus likes Boudica. She's some kind of berserker whisperer. Or just a mom.]
Oh. I see. We're shaving the--[She's about to say infection but she knows that's not right.]--patient. Nurses must be gentle when seeing to the personal needs of patients.
[She memorizes the motion. As rough as her bedside manner can be that slight change of thought seemed to be what she needed. It's still not quite perfect, the peel is still a little thick but on the normal side. Unlike it's poor comrade who was brutally butchered.]
no subject
[SHE'S SO PROUD.
In any case she picks up a knife for herself and starts peeling too, but she practically breezes through it and leaves a single, unbroken peel each time.
Not to show off but she is queen of this kitchen, no matter what Emiya or Raikou say.]
Once these are all done, we can rinse them off. Is there anything in particular you'd like in today's stew? What kinds of things do you like?
no subject
What do I like? I don't think the things I like would make a good stew.
[Medical supplies and food don't go together.]
no subject
[Nightingale doesn't drink bleach and eat antibiotics as food or anything..........she hopes]
Everyone knows the one's doing the cooking get to make what they like best.
no subject
Ah. Well.
[She thinks.]
...I don't remember.
no subject
[She puts the knife and potatos down, turning to Nightingale fully.]
Well that's no good! Everyone has something...even the other berserkers! Even the ones who can't even speak. I mean, it took a lot of trial and error, but in the end...
[She sighs.]
This is no good...I'm going to have to cook for you more often from here on out.
no subject
[...Yeah, there's going to be some trial and error here because boy. Boy, she has a lot of things to remember and food isn't one of her priorities.]
You don't need to go that far.
