This a post where I'll RP anything with you! Got a scenario in mind? I'LL DO IT. If you wanna chat IDEAS.GIF, contact me at sweethymns or my AIM (rainsweets). I also have LINE as maiscribbles. Have at it!
Oh, no. I was created, but I was always a vampire to begin with.
[Arcueid waves a half eaten donut in the air as she gives the explanation.]
In this world, there are two types of vampires. Those who were vampires from their conception and those who used to be human, but were bitten and turn into vampires themselves. And those human-turned-vampires can bite other humans and that's where the problem really gets out of hand.
Fair enough, but I'm assuming that's the closest thing you have to family, then?
[He's noticed that it's pretty empty in here, where other people are concerned. Not that she can't just be living independently, but after what she had told him earlier... well, he doubts it's as simple as that.]
[He pauses, trying to parse those words. He has to clarify, otherwise there may be an issue -- actually, he'd probably have to haul himself from her bed to her couch instead.]
Even if you don't, it's still going to look a little suspicious if your boyfriend [sorry, he's calling this mysterious man from now on her boyfriend until otherwise clarified] sees a strange man sleeping in your bed. That's a complication I'd rather not deal with.
[Putting a donut in his mouth and holding it with his teeth, while he grabs two for his hands. What a king.]

Oh... So the toxin isn't fatal then?
no subject
[What a lovely thought that is.]

[She brings the pastries and canned drinks over. Arcueid even takes one of the cans and pushes it against Noctis' palm.]
Eat and drink up! If you need to go to the bathroom, don't feel embarrassed to tell me!
no subject
I'm not going to be... embarrassed. I'm not a little kid.
[And then:]
...Can you pass me a donut?
no subject
[And so she hands him a chocolate icing donut with rainbow colored sprinkles.]
And you're really not a kid... I guess in comparison to me though, everyone is young!
no subject
Still, no complaints from Noct. He takes a bite.]
800 is a long time. I should be calling you grandma.
no subject
[She takes a plain glazed donut and nibbles on it.]
I don't have the experience of a grandmother for one thing. [Arc that's not the point]
no subject
Well...not that I know if vampires can have kids. But that's not the point.
no subject
[Please...]
no subject
I guess... [He pauses, deciding whether or not he should ask what he's wondering.] Is that what happened to you? 800 years ago?

no subject
So you were "created", by... what? A mad scientist? A... god? [It's such a vague explanation, but he gets the rest of it.]
no subject
Don't ask me how. I never questioned it and there's no point for me.
no subject
[He's noticed that it's pretty empty in here, where other people are concerned. Not that she can't just be living independently, but after what she had told him earlier... well, he doubts it's as simple as that.]
no subject
[Arcueid furrows her brows and pops the rest of her donut into her mouth. She swallows and shakes her head.]
Nah. It doesn't work like that.
no subject
[He finishes off his donut, too.]
No one's gonna question why I'm here? Friends and acquaintances, stuff like that?
no subject
[Well... Not really a cat, but...]
Friends, I do have a few. They don't come over to visit often except for one guy. He's probably accustomed to weird stuff because of me though.
no subject
A boyfriend?
[What a seriously asked question.]

[And what a vague answer. Either way, Arcueid's fondness for Shiki can't be contested.]

Uh-huh.
no subject
He hefts himself up out of the bed, straining just a little.]
Think I'm gonna lie down on the couch for now.
[But not before heading over slowly to grab another donut (or two, or three) before he does so.]
no subject
[Not that she's stopping him from moving. You do you, Noctis.]
