I don't have a lot of confidence in myself. I'm easily scared and it's not difficult to rile me up. Even if I'm someone one could say that, "Always tries her best," it's just posturing in the end, isn't it?

[What he says actually makes her relieved in spite of everything. Because maybe she just needed to hear the reassurance about how falling in love wasn't a bad thing from someone else. One could only convince themselves for so long before the doubts would creep in.]
