This a post where I'll RP anything with you and that means ANYTHING. Except smut because I suck at that Got a scenario in mind? I'LL DO IT. Here's some prompts below to help get things moving along if you don't have an idea to play out. The prompts are just prompts, if you have something specific, just let me know either at sweethymns or my AIM (rainsweets). Have at it! ➢ 01. AMUSEMENT PARK: Disneyland? Knotts Berry Farm? Six Flags? A made up amusement park with knockoff characters? Who cares, let's just ride that roller coaster or that giant swing ride! ➤ 02. PARK: Benches, trees, grass, maybe a lake and a basketball or volleyball court. ➢ 03. SNOWY DAY: Oh the weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful... or the level of snowfall can be any you wish! Light or heavy, there's going to be some winter related activities somewhere. ➤ 04. DINER: I love food, I really, really, really love food. And so do muses if they like to eat too! This diner seems to have a very HUGE menu with a large variety of dishes! Let's bond over food stuffs! ➢ 05. SICK DAY: Either your muse or my muse is sick. Who's taking care of who? ➤ 06. SEVEN MINUTES IN HEAVEN: Our characters are stuck in a closet and can't get out until there is some kissing, so they better make good use of those seven minutes... DON'T YOU DARE JUDGE ME. ➢ 07. SCHOOL: High school never ends! Or any type of schooling really. So whether it's in class or in the gym, let's try to endure mandatory education! ➤ 08. SURVIVAL HORROR: That old mansion/creepy town/underground science lab/zombie infested city ain't going to be survived by itself. Just worry about hydrating yourself. I'm fine. [He bends down to pick up the bottle, then after letting it swing back and forth once gently lobs it back at her. (Yes, so being the better person here.)]

We better get walking if you want to get out of here before dark.

[She raises a brow as he returns the bottle to her and puts it back in her bag.]

Mm. If you say so.

[So Lien starts off because hey, ladies first.]

So. Are you a magus?

[Wow, blunt.]

[Hey, he was going to- oh, never mind. If they get lost even worse, it'll be obvious whose fault it is. (Not that he'll let her get them even more lost.)

Wow, that is blunt. But Waver is actually smugly pleased.]

Yes, you can clearly tell, can't you. I just recently was in a major event here in Fuyuki, and now am taking some time for some independent studies before returning to the Clock Tower. [Sounds impressive, right~? Right~?]

[Every once and while she stops, placing her hand on the tree to quickly examine it and then makes a mental note to keep track of where they are. Magic may misdirect them, but even with her gloves on, Lien can read small bits of information that help ground her to where they are exactly.

As Waver mentions the Clock Tower, she faces him giving a slow blink.]

Oh yeah. That place.

[Stuffy building, stuffy staff, etc...]

I can't say I really liked it during the few times I went there to visit.

[Ai had mentioned that they could take advantage of the facilities and, well, get a good education in terms of magi matters. Lien however, is someone who is trying not to have too much to do with any of that although she might have to...]

[Waver is of course curious about what Lien is doing to the trees, but he can't find out for himself without stopping and taking time for it. (sigh.)
She's so intent on it that he's almost surprised when she actually looks at him directly.

Her comments about the Clock Tower bring him up short again.]

You've only been there to visit? When you probably have more prana in your hand than some people have in their whole bodies?
[Waver would almost literally kill to be able to have that much prana at his disposal. He looks off to the side and adds in an undertone,] I can understand not liking it much- the lecturers are jerks, but still!

[She inwardly sighs. It's not that she hasn't heard a remark like Waver's before. Ai's sensei and Lien's benefactor both have remarked about the advantages about Lien's condition.

Doesn't mean she likes it though.]

It's not an entirely good thing. My magic circuits were interfered with when I was younger and now I ended up like this. As far as I'm concerned, I'd prefer to avoid people who would try to mess with it more.

[loyal_subject]

[He walks silently behind her for a long moment, then nods. It seems like she isn't just saying this to mess with him.]

Sorry.

[Never let it be said he doesn't apologize when he's at fault. It's just almost never his fault.]

It's an unfortunate truth that jerks and bigots far outnumber the rational people in the Clock Tower. Come back in a few years though. I expect there will be some changes. [If he has anything to say about it, which he does!]

Don't mention it. Nothing I could do when I was a kid after all.

[She doesn't sound offended at least. Just tired? Hard to tell. His declaration about the Clock Tower does pique her interest however.]

You really think so? For a place that's based on research of magic, you and I both know magi are people who are bad at this change thing especially with upstarts. With the way I utilize my prana, I bet I'd be killed for it if I tried anything beyond what I usually do.

[The way she phrases that gives him a chill- 'killed for it'?
He shrugs as he responds to the first part of that-]

Considering one of their most prominent members recently died in the Heaven's Feel, I think there's a good chance of some things changing. It will be interesting to see where things stand by the time I get back.

[He then glances back at the trees that they've passed that Lien has been doing something to, and back to her gloves.]

So, how do you use your prana?

[She stops walking when he mentions the Heaven's Feel and the "recently" part... Although she doesn't show a visible reaction to what he just said, Lien intrinsically feels as if something is tragically amiss here. But at least he asked another question so she doesn't have to ask about the ritual. Her reply is to point up to her...]

Mystic Eyes.

You know how the gist of projection magic allows a magus to read the structure of an object? My Eyes are kind of like that, but different.

[Considering she stopped walking while he was talking about Kayneth, he thought she might say something else, but all the same he's pleased when she answers his question. Kind of.]

'Like that but different'? [He valiantly resists the temptation to roll his eyes.] We have a long walk ahead of us- you can take the time to explain it clearly.

Mystic Eyes of Reflection.

[She takes a moment to take a drink of water. Gotta stay hydrated!!]

If I touch a person or an object, my prana "reads" not only their structure, but projections and echoes of the past are revealed. The prana shoots back through my circuits and into my Eyes and it makes me "see."

[A slow blink (this girl had a slightly sleepy disposition to her despite adding to her oddness) and she looks at Waver again.]

That make sense?

Of course that makes sense. [Even though he's not heard of a talent quite like that before. He's a student of the Clock Tower, and far from stupid.

He looks back to the trees that they've passed, a thought occurring to him.]

Are you using that magecraft on the trees to see where I've been?

[Her Mystic Eyes weren't a natural result from birth if the implication about her mismanaged circuits were any indication...]

Yeah, kinda! And it's easier for me to distinguish where we've been that way so we're not walking in circles.

[loyal_subject]

'Kinda'. [He sighs exaggeratedly, slumping his head down for a moment before snapping it back up, his eyes narrow with aggravation.]

Like I said, we have time. You can explain it fully. And if you're done your water break, we should keep walking.

[And he suits actions to words.
After a moment he adds in a milder tone,]

Even if it was ill-begotten, it sounds like a useful magecraft. And I suppose I can see why you'd want to avoid people who'd want to research it. What makes you say that you'd be killed for the way you use your eyes, though? Does it go that far against the Associations' rules? [For all that he'd been there four years, his research had been centered not so much around those kinds of laws.]

[psychometer]

[Alright, geez Waver she's walking gosh]

Well, think of it this way. Just by touching someone, not only could I read someone's current thoughts, but I could dig in deep and learn all their secrets. And you know how most magi clans entrust their successors with a Crest right?

[Lien looks thoughtful for a moment.]

Not that I'd ever try it, but I could learn several generations worth of magecraft if I touched a family crest. If the Association didn't get me for that, someone in the family would.

But hey! I have self-control and I don't like other magi very much.

[Waver laughs bitterly, thinking of the embarrassing 'lecture' Kayneth had given over his dissertation. How dare anything disrupt the Mage's established order, right? Bypassing all those generations of work with a touch-]
You're right, they wouldn't like that one bit.

Well, I guess that explains your gloves and why you were quick to shake my hand. I'm glad you have self-control. [Not that she would find anything particularly untowards in his thoughts.]

Mm. Touching other people is a pain.

[She says it so simply as if it was just a matter of fact.]

Being touched by other people can be a pain... [He murmurs that, a hand going to rub at his forehead. He swears that there is still a welt there- it's all your fault, Rider!

It seems like that thread of conversation is done, so Waver moves on to another thing he was curious about-]

So tell me, why were you wanting to get to the Einzbern Castle? I can tell you, even when it was occupied a couple weeks ago there was almost nothing there, and now there'd be really nothing there.

[psychometer]

Tell me about it. [She mostly mutters this because what he said just made her think of a certain someone... GOD she hates that guy, no she doesn't, she wonders how she ever made it through life without him and she just hates that she's depending on him so much now.]

I wanted to see it. I thought there might be something worth investigating, but I guess it's not all that cracked up to be if they're just keeping people away from the premises.

[loyal_subject]

Ha. In some ways it might be all it's cracked up to be because they're keeping people away from the premises. [He shrugs.] More likely they just don't want people wandering in and hurting themselves by accident on something.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait another sixty years for something worth investigating to happen here again, though.

[Lien wrinkles her nose.]

What do you mean by sixty years??

You're investigating the Castle, I thought you knew.

Einzbern Castle is the stronghold of one of the three founding families of the Fuyuki Heaven's Feel, or Holy Grail War. They only occupy it during the War. The last one ended about a week ago, so the next time won't be for sixty years.

Seriously, did you come all this way without knowing that about the Castle?
