[It was another night in the town of Blackgale, with no moon in sight to set the dark sky aglow amid the blanket of stars. The lack of moonlight, however, was not stopping the local (and only) witch, Amelia Steinbeck, from doing a much needed patrol for this particular night. After all, when a demon from the darkest realm from who knows where comes to ones doorstep with the intention of murder, there's probably others lurking around.
That wasn't going to do, not at all.
Of course, she had to be at school soon for an early morning meeting... But hey, it's high school and she was always on time no matter what, thanks to magic. And thus, Amelia began to wander around in the streets, with a green flame flickering in one hand-- only visible to her, other magic users, and a magnet for more demons.
Come at her bros.]

I mean, look at me and the cats. They can be irritating, but I honestly like them.

[Emily comes by with something else-- an envelope which she hands to Amelia. They have a brief exchange and Emily shrugs. After she leaves, Amelia takes a small bite of food although she twirls the blank envelope with one hand]
Well, that was quick.

[She opens it up to take out a letter and skims it--]
[AND SHE QUICKLY CRUSHES IT IN A COMEDIC FASHION IN HER FIST. And let's it drop on the table.
But to no avail. Thankfully no one is watching because the sheet of paper is unraveling itself and smoothing over any wrinkles. Amelia sighs.]
It's for you.

Amelia digs into her food looking like an annoyed teenager. Which really looks kind of humorous. And she's grumbling angrily to herself.]
NOW you act like a stupid doting father... I'm not FIVE, good god. Did this on purpose, I know it--

[And on the letter, another sentence or two starts to appear, but Amelia doesn't notice seeing as she's too focused on being irritated. This message seems to be important]
"For your eyes only Mr. West.
Just some friendly advice.
What was given to her cannot be taken in any way."
[And they disappear as quickly as they appeared. Amelia speaks up none the wiser.]
-- But I suppose he doesn't have a problem with you if he's willing to act that silly.

I think it's harmless enough, and he seems to approve of you visiting my world.

Nerd side awaken!]I'd like that very much.
Hm. I don't know what else I could do aside from studying and observing your world's magic...
