[After a wild weekend in the town of Blackgale, specifically at Amelia's house, the witch spent most of her time smoothing things over with the questioning locals, grading all of her student's neglected essays, and trying to apologize to the talking cat commune for not warning them about the huge human gathering. It's tough being the only witch in town sometimes. She needed to relax. What does she plan?

Why, another trip to Las Vegas, Nevada of course! Well, it wasn't so much to enjoy the tempting offers of Sin City, but to visit the person Amelia was now comfortable calling a friend, the owner of the... interesting club, Griffonx. Madigan of course!

A quick magic teleportation and search for the hidden club later, Amelia opens up the door to the establishment, dressed casually.

It should be a normal day with nothing unexpected happening whatsoever...]

[ Being as it's the middle of the day, there aren't many people inside, save for a couple or two off in the corners. Hers is more of a nighttime business, after all.

Madigan herself is behind the bar, clipboard in hand, rummaging through cupboards and making notes of her stock. She practically lights up when she sees Amelia. ]

Amelia! You came to save me from doing inventory!

[Then again it wasn't as if she wouldn't help...]

I just felt like dropping by. It's been less of a mess than I expected back in town, but still jarring.

You needed a vacation from all the craziness so you came to Vegas? Honey, you need to take a look at your choices.

Aha. Well, Vegas seems more tame to me since it's more spread out compared to a party being stuffed into my house and having the guests get drunk on Asgardian mead.

At least I don't have any teacher duties to attend to after all this.

... By the way. During that weekend I, ah... didn't see you for large portions of the night.

I was sort of busy making use of that room you told me about.
